Progress Post 5
I've made some positive progress this week. Any and all positive praise is much appreciated. I still haven't got my average step count to be over 8,000 steps per day, but I'm so close. My doctor stated that 10,000 steps a day is the ultimate goal. I'll try my best to climb that high.
I haven't really lost any weight while on this journey. I have actually gained a 1 lb. The embarrassment is beyond words. I will be working on food intake as well. Exercise alone will not produce results and I know that. This week:
1. Attempt to meet my step count each day!
2. Increase water intake!
3. Lean meats and veggies
4. No direct sweets! (I have to work on this)
5. Cut sugar intake!
