Progress Post 4

 

    It's a steady slow climb as I make adjustments to living a better life. 200 more steps on the weekly average is a gain and will take it. I avoided the elevator at work the one day I went in last week (Friday) and took the stairs. 

    Here's to a new me! Slow progress, but I'm not giving up! 

    I need some additional motivation thrown my way. Please feel free to share your ideas, thoughts, or even your own progress. Any and all help is much appreciated. This really is helping me stay accountable.
