American Girl by Wendy Walker

Oh girl, this book was a massive letdown. This storyline has been overly used and somewhat familiar to me. You have the autistic in teenager who commits a crime but hides it to protect those around her. It was also so predictable that I pretty much knew the ending midway through the book.

From the reviews, I read, Wendy Walker is a fantastic author. I look forward to reading more books written by her, but if they're of the same caliber, probably won't even open it.

Being the author makes you so vulnerable because you were placing your workout in public. Said work is also your heart and soul. This just wasn't my cup of tea. Overall, I would give this book a 2.2 stars out of 5. This rating does not come lightly, but due to almost boredom while listening to this book I feel that it is a fair rating. Does anyone have any more suggestions about books I should be reading?
