Last Rays of Summer

The actual season of Summer isn't over, but as school starts back it marks an end to lazy days of swimming and enjoying relaxing days with my toddler. The reality is that Summers seem to get shorter and shorter each year. It is as if I blinked and nearly two months passed me by.

This is the last week and a half of not waking up to an alarm clock. I did really strive to finish my reading list and classes. I was surprised that the classes passed by fast; now let's put this information into practice! My Summer reading list is currently lacking three books. Can I fit them in? Probably not, but one can always hope.

Kidding season is just a month away and the whole cycle starts again. I'm a few days shy of harvest time too.

End of Summer List:

1. Paint the lower barn/shed.

2. Finish the Summer reading list

3. Freeze all the veggies (my raised garden beds did an amazing job)

4. Build a shelter for the new goslings

5. Finish potty training Taylor.
